摘要:
椎基底动脉延长扩张症是里一种较为少见的血管变异变疾病,随着影像学技术不断创新及提高,其发病率逐年递增。目前诊断脑血管病除了常用的CTA、MRA/MRI等技术外,数字减影血管造影技术也逐渐得到广泛应用,在诊断椎基底动脉延长扩张症方面也颇有成效。基于椎基底动脉延长扩张症的研究文献相对较少,本文主要对椎基底动脉延长扩张症的诊断及数字减影血管造影技术在其中的应用进行综述,以便为今后的诊断和治疗提供一定参考。
Abstract:
Vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia is a rare vascular variation disease. With the continuous innovation and improvement of imaging technology, its incidence is increasing year by year. At present, in addition to the commonly used CTA, MRA/MRI and other techniques for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases, digital subtraction angiography has gradually been widely used, and it has also been effective in the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia. There are relatively few research literatures based on vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia. This article mainly reviews the diagnosis of vertebrobasilar dolichoectasia and the application of digital subtraction angiography in it, so as to provide some reference for future diagnosis and treatment.
