摘要:
目的 梳理骨肉瘤近20年的文献进行可视化分析,挖掘研究热点和趋势,为骨肉瘤的基础与临床研究提供参考依据。方法 基于CNKI与Web of Science核心数据库,利用CiteSpace与VOSviewer软件对2003-2022年国内外骨肉瘤研究热点进行追踪和分析。结果 国内外发文量均呈现增长趋势,英文文献关于骨肉瘤发文量的数目及增长趋势较中文文献更明显。中文文献作者主要以高校或医院为区域集中合作,总体相对分散缺乏合作,部分甚至呈现独立研究的状态,而英文文献作者集中分布,合作较中文文献密切。中文文献热点主要集中在骨肉瘤细胞增殖、自噬、凋亡,骨肉瘤的诊断,骨肉瘤的治疗。英文文献研究重心主要集中骨肉瘤的发病、骨肉瘤中的miRNA、lncRNA、circRNA、骨肉瘤的治疗。结论 近20年国内外骨肉瘤相关研究既有共同点也各有侧重,中文文献对骨肉瘤细胞主要是针对其基本的生命活动的实验研究,英文文献研究更注重研究其形成与发生发展的具体机制并引导治疗的综合性研究,对骨肉瘤的治疗研究更加深入,尤其是纳米药物、基因疗法及免疫疗法的发展,然而中文文献在中药复方单体方面的研究较多。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the literature of osteosarcoma in the past 20 years, and to explore the research hotspots and trends, so as to provide reference for the basic and clinical research of osteosarcoma.Methods Based on the core databases of CNKI and Web of Science, CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to track and analyze the research hotspots of osteosarcoma at home and abroad from 2003 to 2022.Results The number of publications at home and abroad showed an increasing trend, and the number and growth trend of English literature about osteosarcoma were more obvious than those in Chinese literature. Chinese literature were mainly concentrated in universities or hospitals for regional cooperation, lack ofcooperation, and some even showed a state of independent research, while English literature were concentrated and the cooperation were closer than those in China. Chinese literature hot spots mainly focused on osteosarcoma cell proliferation, autophagy, apoptosis, diagnosis of osteosarcoma, and treatment of osteosarcoma. English literature focused on the pathogenesis of osteosarcoma, miRNA, lncRNA, circRNA in osteosarcoma, and the treatment of osteosarcoma.Conclusion In the past 20 years, the research on osteosarcoma at home and abroad has both common points and different emphases. The experimental research on osteosarcoma cells in Chinese literature is mainly aimed at its basic life activities. While, English literature pay more attention to the specific mechanism of its formation and development and guide the comprehensive research of treatment. Meanwhile, English literature on the treatment of osteosarcoma is more in-depth, especially the development of nanomedicine, gene therapy and immunotherapy. However, there are many studies on traditional Chinese medicine compound monomers in Chinese literature.
