近30年来,我国卒中粗死亡率快速上升,且上升速度高于世界其他国家。尽管不断有关于如何控制血管危险因素、给予抗凝药物以及手术治疗卒中的报道,但该疾病仍然存在较高的复发风险。在未来几年,我国将面临着越来越多的卒中挑战。有研究表明,载脂蛋白E(ApoE)与动脉粥样硬化(AS)和心脑血管疾病的发生发展有关,其基因多态性在不同卒中亚型中皆有影响,而目前直接针对ApoE的卒中治疗方法很少。鉴于此,本文综述了ApoE与不同卒中亚型的相关性及机制,总结了动物实验研究靶向ApoE的卒中治疗新思路,以期为降低卒中的发病率、死亡率及其疾病负担提供参考。
Abstract:
In the past 30 years, the crude mortality rate of stroke in China has increased rapidly and the rate of increase is higher than that of other countries in the world. Although there are continuous reports on how to control vascular risk factors, give anticoagulant drugs and surgical treatment of stroke, the disease still has a high risk of recurrence. In the coming years, China will face more and more stroke challenges. Studies have shown that apolipoprotein E (ApoE) is associated with the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis (AS) and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Its gene polymorphism has an impact on different stroke subtypes. At present, there are few stroke treatment methods directly targeting ApoE. In view of this, this paper reviews the correlation and mechanism between ApoE and different stroke subtypes, and summarizes the new ideas of stroke treatment targeting ApoE in animal experiments, in order to provide reference for reducing the incidence, mortality and disease burden of stroke.
