摘要:
目的 观察雷火灸辅助治疗对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者临床症状的改善效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月在我院诊治的66例脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各组33例。对照组采用常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用雷火灸辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状积分（胃脘痛、腹胀、嗳气、反酸）、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率以及治疗满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率（93.94%）高于对照组（81.82%）（P＜0.05）；两组胃脘痛、腹胀、嗳气、反酸评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组治疗满意度为96.97%，高于对照组的84.85%（P＜0.05）。结论 雷火灸辅助治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎可提高治疗效果，减轻临床症状，改善患者生活质量，提高其满意度，且不增加不良反应，具有较理想的辅助效果。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the improvement effect of thunder fire moxibustion adjuvant therapy on clinical symptoms in patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 33 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores (epigastric pain, abdominal distension, belching, acid reflux), quality of life scores, incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (93.94%) was higher than that in the control group (81.82%) (P<0.05). The scores of epigastric pain, abdominal distension, belching and acid reflux in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.97%, which was higher than 84.85% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion in the adjuvant treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients, improve their satisfaction, and do not increase adverse reactions. It has an ideal auxiliary effect.
