摘要:
目的 研究心理-生理-社会医学护理模式对急性缺血性卒中患者溶栓舒适度及不良反应的影响。方法 选取2021年2月-2023年12月在我院诊治的60例急性缺血性卒中溶栓治疗患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组给予心理-生理-社会医学护理模式，比较两组溶栓舒适度、溶栓不良反应发生率、护理满意度、心理状态指标。结果 观察组溶栓舒适度各维度（生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境）评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组溶栓不良反应发生率（6.67%）低于对照组（16.67%）（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度（96.67%）高于对照组（83.33%）（P＜0.05）；两组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前，且观察组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 心理-生理-社会医学护理模式可促进急性缺血性卒中患者溶栓舒适度，减少溶栓不良反应，提高患者护理满意度，减轻患者焦虑和抑郁情绪，对促进溶栓效果具有积极的影响。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of psychological-physiological-social medical nursing mode on thrombolytic comfort and adverse reactions in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated with thrombolysis in our hospital from February 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological-physiological-social medical nursing mode. The thrombolysis comfort, incidence of thrombolysis adverse reactions, nursing satisfaction and psychological state indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of each dimension of thrombolytic comfort (physiology, psychology, social culture, environment) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of thrombolysis adverse reactions in the observation group (6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (16.67%) (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (96.67%) was higher than that of the control group (83.33%) (P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological-physiological-social medical nursing model can promote the comfort of thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke, reduce the adverse reactions of thrombolysis, improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, and have a positive impact on promoting the effect of thrombolysis.
