乳腺炎是一种常见于产后妇女的乳腺组织炎症性疾病,发病率约在33%左右,常常会造成母乳喂养停止,因此而影响到新生儿的健康。蒲公英作为一种传统中药,已被广泛用于预防和治疗多种炎症性和感染性疾病,也被临床用于治疗乳腺炎。然而,其在体内治疗乳腺炎的科学原理和机制仍不清楚。本文综述了蒲公英在各类炎症模型中的作用机制,探讨了蒲公英在治疗产后急性乳腺炎过程中的可能机制,旨在分析蒲公英在抑制炎症、抵抗细菌感染中的可能作用机制,也为进一步明确其机制提供更多的参考方向。
Abstract:
Mastitis is a common inflammatory disease of breast tissue in postpartum women, with an incidence of about 33%. It often causes breastfeeding to stop, thus affecting the health of newborns. As a traditional Chinese medicine, dandelion has been widely used to prevent and treat a variety of inflammatory and infectious diseases, and has also been clinically used to treat mastitis. However, the scientific principle and mechanism of its treatment of mastitis in vivo are still unclear. This paper reviews the mechanism of dandelion in various inflammatory models, and discusses the possible mechanism of dandelion in the treatment of postpartum acute mastitis, in order to analyze the possible mechanism of dandelion in inhibiting inflammation and resisting bacterial infection, and to provide more reference directions for further clarifying its mechanism.
