摘要:
目的 调查药物临床试验协调员的职业倦怠与工作满意度现状,探讨药物临床试验协调员职业倦怠与工作满意度之间的关系,为提升其满意度提供理论依据。方法 2024年4月-5月使用基本情况表、职业倦怠量表、明尼苏达工作满意度简化量表开展调查,评估职业倦怠中情感耗竭、去人格化、个人成就感3个维度的内容,根据评分划分倦怠程度分组(轻度组、中度组和高度组),分析倦怠程度与基本情况资料之间的关系。并采用Pearson直线相关分析法分析职业倦怠与工作满意度间的关系。结果 总体轻度、中度、高度倦怠率分别为19.30%、48.60%、32.10%。临床试验协调员工作满意度得分为(65.34±14.26)分。不同程度职业倦怠组性别、专业、工作年限、月收入、子女状态、负责项目类型、地区比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同程度职业倦怠组年龄、学历、婚姻状态、有无子女、负责项目数、工作时长、是否固定工作场所比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),职业倦怠与职业满意度存在中度负相关(r=-0.735,P<0.001)。结论 从事药物临床试验协调员工作满意度处于中等水平,职业倦怠中低个人程度感维度倦怠程度较高,工作满意度中在外源满意度较低,职业倦怠对满意度存在负向预测作用。建议提高药物临床试验协调员福利待遇、个人成长空间、提升人性化公司管理等方面来提高其工作满意度,缓解职业倦怠。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the status quo of job burnout and job satisfaction of drug clinical trial coordinators, and to explore the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction of drug clinical trial coordinators, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving their satisfaction. Methods From April to May 2024, the basic situation table, job burnout scale and Minnesota job satisfaction simplified scale were used to evaluate the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment in job burnout. According to the score, the degree of burnout was divided into mild group, moderate group and high group, and the relationship between the degree of burnout and the basic situation data was analyzed. Pearson linear correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction. Results The overall mild, moderate and high burnout rates were 19.30%, 48.60% and 32.10%, respectively. The score of job satisfaction of clinical trial coordinator was (65.34±14.26)scores. There was no significant difference in gender, major, working years, monthly income, children’s status, type of project and region in different degrees of job burnout group (P>0.05). There were significant differences in age, education, marital status, children, number of projects, working hours and fixed workplace in different degrees of job burnout group (P<0.05). There was a moderate negative correlation between job burnout and job satisfaction (r=-0.735, P<0.001). Conclusion The job satisfaction of coordinators engaged in drug clinical trials is at a medium level. The degree of burnout in the low personal degree dimension of job burnout is high, and the external satisfaction in job satisfaction is low. Job burnout has a negative predictive effect on satisfaction. It is suggested to improve the welfare of drug clinical trial coordinators, personal growth space, and improve the management of humanized companies to improve their job satisfaction and alleviate job burnout.
