摘要:
本文介绍了信创的定义、发展历程和发展背景,并结合当前的政策分析了医疗行业信创的现状。依托我院在信创方面的前期工作基础,分析了信创改造过程中的重难点,制定了相应的国产数据库迁移方案并完成了主流国产数据库的测试工作,与生产业务同步后,采用微服务架构与之进行适配,使用Kubernetes容器编排工具对HIS后端服务进行整体的改造,尝试部署在国产信创服务器和国产服务器操作系统,从而融入信创生态,并在内网和外网应用部署,取得了较好的效果。
Abstract:
This paper introduces the definition, development history and development background of Information Technology Application Innovation, and analyzes the status quo of Information Technology Application Innovation in the medical industry with the current policy. Relying on the foundation of our hospital’s previous work in Information Technology Application Innovation, it analyzes the important and difficult points in the transformation process of Information Technology Application Innovation, formulates the corresponding domestic database migration scheme and completes the testing work of mainstream domestic databases, and after synchronizing with the production business, it adopts the microservices architecture to adapt with it, and uses the Kubernetes container orchestration tool to carry out the transformation of the HIS backend service as a whole, and tries to deploy in the domestic Information Technology Application Innovation server and domestic server operating system, so as to integrate into the Cintron ecosystem, and finally gives an analysis of the effect of intranet and extranet applications after deployment.
