摘要:
目的 系统梳理我国医联体医保支付研究的发展态势，把握其研究热点及发展方向。方法 于2023年8月，以中国知网数据库为论文检索来源，以“医联体+医保支付”等同义表达为关键词进行检索，检索入口为“主题”。运用Excel精细筛选，借助CiteSpace软件深入探索我国分级诊疗制度的研究状况。对期刊分布、关键词、机构合作网络等进行可视化分析并绘制知识图谱。结果 最终纳入有效文献399篇，发文量最多的期刊为《中国卫生》，国家卫生健康委卫生发展研究中心国家药物和中国人民大学公共管理学院为核心的2个机构合作群是主要产出机构；核心作者共有60位，共发文171篇；“分级诊疗”“医保基金”“紧密型”“公立医院”“医疗保险”一直是医联体医保支付研究领域的热点名词。结论 文献数量指数上升，但研究成果质量有待进一步提升；机构间和作者间的合作交流存在局限，未形成稳定的核心作者群；研究热点多元化，研究方向不断细化、贴合政策热点。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically sort out the development trend of medical insurance payment research in China’s medical alliance, and to grasp its research hotspots and development direction. Methods In August 2023, the CNKI database was used as the source of paper retrieval, and the synonymous expressions such as “medical alliance+medical insurance payment” were used as keywords for retrieval. The retrieval entrance was “theme”. By using Excel fine screening and CiteSpace software, the research status of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in China were explored. The distribution of journals, keywords, institutional cooperation networks, etc. were visualized, and drawed a knowledge map. Results In the end, 399 valid literatures were included, and the journal with the largest number of publications was China Health. The two institutional cooperation groups with the National Drug Research Center of the National Health Commission and the School of Public Administration of Renmin University of China as the core were the main output institutions. There were 60 core authors and 171 publications; “graded diagnosis and treatment” “medical insurance fund” “compact” “public hospital” and “medical insurance” had always been hot terms in the field of medical insurance payment research. Conclusion The number of literatures increased rapidly, but the research results need to be further improved. The inter-institutional cooperation is insufficient, and the cooperation and communication among authors are limited, and no stable core group of authors has been formed. The research focus is gradually diversified, and the research direction is continuously refined.
