摘要:
目的 探究小儿肺热咳喘口服液联合头孢克洛干混悬剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果及对C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法 将2020年1月-2023年12月宜春市袁州区妇幼保健院确诊为支气管肺炎的60例患儿作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组应用头孢克洛干混悬剂治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用小儿肺热咳喘口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、临床症状及体征消失时间(退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、胸片恢复正常时间)、炎症因子水平[C-反应蛋白(CRP)]、不良反应(口腔炎、鼻液溢、恶心呕吐、胃炎)发生率。结果 与对照组治疗总有效率的73.33%比较,研究组治疗总有效率更高,达96.67%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、胸片恢复正常时间更短,且治疗后CRP水平更低(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率的23.33%比较,研究组不良反应发生率更低,仅为6.67%(P<0.05)。结论 小儿肺热咳喘口服液联合头孢克洛干混悬剂治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果确切,可改善患者炎症因子水平,加快患儿临床症状消失,且具有较高的用药安全性。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiao′er Feire Kechuan oral liquid combined with cefaclor for oral suspension in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children and its effect on C-reactive protein level. Methods A total of 60 children diagnosed with bronchopneumonia in Yichun Yuanzhou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, with 30 children in each group. The control group was treated with cefaclor for oral suspension, and the study group was treated with Xiao′er Feire Kechuan oral liquid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs (antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, lung rale disappearance time, chest X-ray recovery time), inflammatory factor level [C-reactive protein (CRP)] and incidence of adverse reactions (stomatitis, nasal discharge, nausea and vomiting, gastritis) were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with 73.33% of the total effective rate of the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was higher, reaching 96.67% (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the antipyretic time, cough disappearance time, lung rale disappearance time and chest X-ray recovery time in the study group were shorter, and the CRP level was lower after treatment (P<0.05). Compared with 23.33% of the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower, only 6.67% (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiao′er Feire Kechuan oral liquid combined with cefaclor for oral suspension has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children, which can improve their inflammatory factor level, accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms, and has high medication safety.
