摘要:
目的 比较间歇性蓝光照射以及持续性蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸治疗效果及黄疸指数的影响。方法 选取2020年1月-2023年12月宜春新建医院收治的60例新生儿黄疸患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组接受持续性蓝光照射治疗,研究组采取间歇性蓝光照射治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率、临床指标(首次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间、住院时间、排便频次、睡眠时间)、黄疸相关指标(黄疸指数、总胆红素、结合和非结合胆红素)、不良反应(发热、腹泻、脱水、皮疹)发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组首次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间、住院时间、排便频次、睡眠时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后黄疸指数、总胆红素、结合胆红素、非结合胆红素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,家属总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与持续性蓝光照射治疗比较,间歇性蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的效果更确切,能够加快患儿康复速度,改善患儿黄疸指数,提高患儿家属满意度,且安全性较高,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To compare the effects of intermittent blue light irradiation and continuous blue light irradiation on the therapeutic effect and jaundice index of neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 60 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to Yichun Xinjian Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 30 children in each group. The control group was treated with continuous blue light irradiation, and the study group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation. The effective rate of clinical treatment, clinical indicators (first defecation time, jaundice regression time, meconium turning yellow time, hospitalization time, defecation frequency, sleep time), jaundice-related indicators (jaundice index, total bilirubin, conjugated and unconjugated bilirubin), and incidence of adverse reactions (fever, diarrhea, dehydration, rash) were compared between the two groups. Results In comparison with the control group, the study group exhibited a significantly higher total treatment effective rate (P<0.05). The first defecation time, jaundice regression time, meconium turning yellow time, hospitalization time, defecation frequency, and sleep time in the study group were all significantly shorter or lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of jaundice index, total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, and unconjugated bilirubin in the study group were remarkably lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Moreover, the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the total satisfaction rate of family members was significantly higher in the study group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with continuous blue light irradiation, intermittent blue light irradiation is more effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice, which can accelerate the recovery rate of children, improve their jaundice index, improve the satisfaction of children’s families, and has high safety. It is worthy of clinical application.
