摘要:
目的 探究核磁共振成像(MRI)对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法 以2021年1月-2023年10月湖口县人民医院收治的50例疑似膝关节半月板损伤者为研究对象,所有患肢均给予MRI与关节镜检查,分析MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断效能、不同半月板损伤部位的检出情况,分析MRI与关节镜对半月板损伤分级诊断的一致性。结果 MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断准确性为92.00%,敏感度为93.18%,特异性为83.33%。MRI与关节镜对各部位半月板损伤的检出结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Kappa检验,MRI与关节镜对半月板损伤分级的诊断结果具有中等一致性(K=0.582)。结论 MRI在膝关节半月板损伤中可发挥较高诊断效能,其检出效果好,对半月板损伤程度具有积极评估价值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in meniscus injury of knee joint. Methods A total of 50 patients with suspected meniscus injury of knee joint admitted to Hukou County People′s Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects. All affected limbs were underwent MRI and arthroscopy. The diagnostic efficacy of MRI on meniscus injury of knee joint and the detection of different meniscus injury sites were analyzed. The consistency of MRI and arthroscopy in the grading diagnosis of meniscus injury was analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for meniscus injury of knee joint was 92.00%, the sensitivity was 93.18%, and the specificity was 83.33%. There was no significant difference in the detection results of meniscus injury between MRI and arthroscopy (P>0.05). By Kappa test, the diagnostic results of MRI and arthroscopy for meniscus injury grading were moderately consistent (K=0.582). Conclusion MRI can play a high diagnostic efficiency in meniscus injury of knee joint, and its detection effect is good, which has a positive evaluation value for the degree of meniscus injury.
