摘要:
目的 探讨洛赛克联合康复新液治疗上消化道出血的止血效果及胃酸抑制作用。方法 选取2021年12月-2023年12月信丰县中医院收治的65例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组（n=33）与对照组（n=32）。对照组予以洛赛克治疗，研究组在对照组基础上口服康复新液治疗。比较两组止血效果、炎性因子指标[白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）]水平、凝血功能[凝血酶原时间（PT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）]、不良反应（恶心、嗜睡、呕吐）发生率。结果 研究组止血总有效率（96.97%）高于对照组（75.00%）（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、PT、APTT水平更低，而FIB水平更高（P＜0.05）；研究组不良反应发生率（3.03%）低于对照组（15.63%）（P＜0.05）。结论 洛赛克联合康复新液治疗上消化道出血的止血效果确切，能够减轻患者炎性反应，改善凝血功能，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect and gastric acid inhibition of Losec combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods A total of 65 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to Xinfeng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group (n=33) and control group (n=32). The control group was treated with Losec, and the study group was treated with oral Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group. The hemostatic effect, levels of inflammatory factor indexes [interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)], coagulation function [prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB)] and incidence of adverse reactions (nausea, drowsiness, vomiting) were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of hemostasis in the study group (96.97%) was higher than that in the control group (75.00%) (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of IL-6, TNF-α, hs-CRP, PT and APTT in the study group were lower, while the level of FIB was higher (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (3.03%) was lower than that in the control group (15.63%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Losec combined with Kangfuxin liquid has a definite hemostatic effect in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, which can reduce their inflammatory reaction, improve the coagulation function, and has high safety.
