摘要:
目的 观察多形式健康教育联合协同护理在糖尿病患者中的作用,分析其对患者自我管理、治疗依从性及血糖水平的影响。方法 选取临川区第二人民医院2021年6月-2023年6月收治的72例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组36例和观察组36例。给予对照组患者常规护理干预,观察组患者则采用多形式健康教育联合协同护理干预。比较两组患者自我管理能力、治疗依从性、血糖指标及护理满意度。结果 与对照组比较,观察组患者自我管理能力各维度评分及总分均更高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗依从率的83.33%比较,观察组治疗依从率更高,为94.44%(P<0.05);两组干预后FBG、2 h BG、HbA1c水平均低于干预前,且观察组FBG、2 h BG、HbA1c水平低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组护理满意度的86.11%比较,观察组护理满意度更高,为97.22%(P<0.05)。结论 对糖尿病患者采用多形式健康教育及协同护理可提高其自我管理行为和治疗依从性,改善血糖指标,提升护理满意度,实现较理想的护理效果。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of multi-form health education combined with collaborative nursing in patients with diabetes, and to analyze its effect on self-management, treatment compliance and blood glucose level. Methods By using the random number table method, 72 patients with diabetes mellitus diagnosed and treated in the Second People’s Hospital of Linchuan District from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by, with 36 patients in each group. In the control group, patients were given routine nursing, while in the observation group, patients were given multi-form health education and collaborative nursing intervention. The self-management ability, treatment compliance, blood glucose index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the scores of each dimension and total score of self-management ability in the observation group were higher (P<0.05). Compared with 83.33% of the treatment compliance rate in the control group, the treatment compliance rate of the observation group was higher, accounting for 94.44% (P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of FBG, 2 h BG and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group had lower levels of FBG, 2 h BG and HbA1c than those in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with 86.11% of the nursing satisfaction in the control group, the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher, accounting for 97.22% (P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-form health education and collaborative nursing can improve the self-management behavior and the treatment compliance of patients with diabetic mellitus, improve the nursing satisfaction, and achieve ideal nursing effect.
