摘要:
目的 研究抗核抗体(ANA)、抗核抗体谱(ANAs)联合检测对自身免疫性疾病(AID)诊断敏感度及特异度的影响。方法 以我院2024年1月-11月收治的57例AID患者为研究对象并设为AID组,包括类风湿性关节炎(RA)22例、系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)18例、干燥综合征(SS)17例,另取同期收治的50例非AID患者设为非AID组,两组均开展ANA与ANAs检测,比较AID组与非AID组ANA、ANAs检测结果,分析ANA、ANAs及其联合检测对AID的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确性,统计ANA、ANAs及其联合检测对不同AID患者的诊断准确率。结果 AID组ANA、ANAs检测阳性率高于非AID组(P<0.05);ANA联合ANAs检测对AID的诊断准确性、敏感度、特异度高于其单独检测(P<0.05);ANA联合ANAs检测在RA、SLE、SS患者中的诊断准确率高于其单一检测(P<0.05)。结论 ANA与ANAs检测在AID筛查具有确切检出作用,其联合检测可提高其诊断敏感度、特异度及准确性,在该病鉴别中具有较高应用价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of combined detection of antinuclear antibody (ANA) and antinuclear antibody spectrum (ANAs) on the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of autoimmune diseases (AID). Methods A total of 57 patients with AID admitted to our hospital from January to November 2024 were selected as the AID group, including 22 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), 18 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 17 cases of Sjogren’s syndrome (SS). In addition, 50 patients without AID were selected as the non-AID group. ANA and ANAs were detected in both groups. The detection results of ANA and ANAs in AID group and non-AID group were compared, and the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of ANA, ANAs and their combined detection for AID were analyzed. The diagnostic accuracy of ANA, ANAs and their combined detection in different AID patients was statistically analyzed. Results The positive rate of ANA and ANAs in AID group was higher than that in non-AID group (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ANA combined with ANAs detection for AID were higher than those of ANAs detection alone (P<0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of ANA combined with ANAs in RA, SLE and SS patients was higher than that of single detection (P<0.05). Conclusion ANA and ANAs detection have a definite detection effect in AID screening. The combined detection can improve the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy, and has a high application value in the differential diagnosis of the disease.
