摘要:
目的 探讨互动达标理论指导舒适护理干预在产褥期感染产妇中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年12月九江市柴桑区人民医院接收的60例产褥期感染产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组，各30例。对照组开展常规护理，研究组开展互动达标理论指导舒适护理干预。比较两组舒适度（GCQ评分）、心理状态（SDS评分、SAS评分）、产后康复情况（产后泌乳时间、子宫入盆时间、血性恶露持续时间、乳汁分泌量）、盆底肌功能（手测肌力、电测肌力、Ⅰ类肌收缩维持时间、Ⅱ类肌收缩维持时间）。结果 研究组护理后GCQ各维度评分均高于对照组，SDS评分、SAS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组产后泌乳时间、血性恶露持续时间、子宫入盆时间均短于对照组，乳汁分泌量多于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理后手测肌力评分、电测肌力均高于对照组，Ⅰ类肌收缩维持时间、Ⅱ类肌收缩维持时间均长于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 互动达标理论指导舒适护理干预在产褥期感染产妇中的应用效果确切，能够改善产妇舒适度和心理状态，提高产妇产后康复速度和盆底肌功能。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention guided by interactive standard theory in parturient with puerperal infection. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 60 parturients with puerperal infection received by Jiujiang Chaisang District People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 30 parturients in each group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the study group carried out comfortable nursing intervention guided by interactive standard theory. The puerperal infection rate, comfort (GCQ score), psychological state (SDS score, SAS score), postpartum rehabilitation postpartum lactation time, uterine pelvic time, bloody lochia duration, milk secretion), pelvic floor muscle function (hand muscle strength, electrical muscle strength, type Ⅰ muscle contraction maintenance time, type Ⅱ muscle contraction maintenance time) were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of each dimension of GCQ in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of SDS and SAS were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The postpartum lactation time, bloody lochia duration and uterine pelvic time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the milk secretion was more than that in the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the hand muscle strength score and electrical muscle strength of the study group were higher than those of the control group, type Ⅰ muscle contraction maintenance time and type Ⅱ muscle contraction maintenance time were longer than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing intervention guided by interactive standard theory parturient with puerperal infection is effective, which can improve maternal comfort and psychological state, improve postpartum recovery speed and pelvic floor muscle function.
