摘要:
目的 探讨针对性护理在经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年1月-2024年1月上栗县人民医院收治的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者80例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，各40例。对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用针对性护理干预。比较两组Oswestry功能障碍评分（腰痛程度、生活自理、提举重物、行走状况、坐立状况、站立状况、睡眠状况、社会生活状况、旅行情况、性生活情况）、并发症（骨水泥渗漏、静脉栓塞、褥疮、感染）发生率、护理满意度。结果 研究组护理后Oswestry功能障碍评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组护理满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对性护理在经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者中的应用价值确切，能够促进患者功能恢复，提高患者护理满意度，降低患者术后并发症发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the application value of targeted nursing in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods A total of 80 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures admitted to Shangli People′s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by random number table, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given targeted nursing intervention. The Oswestry dysfunction scores (low back pain degree, self-care ability, weight lifting, walking status, sitting status, standing status, sleep status, social living status, travel status, sexual life status), complications (bone cement leakage, venous embolism, bedsore, infection) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The Oswestry dysfunction score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of targeted nursing in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated by percutaneous vertebroplasty is accurate, which can promote their functional recovery, improve the nursing satisfaction, and reduce the postoperative complications.
