摘要:
目的 探析全方位保温护理联合舒适护理对剖宫产产妇母婴结局及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取2021年1月-2023年10月新建区人民医院收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用全方位保温护理联合舒适护理。比较两组舒适度（护理舒适、环境舒适、生理舒适、心理舒适）、不良妊娠结局（盆腔粘连、切口感染、新生儿窒息）发生率、护理满意度。结果 护理后，研究组舒适度、护理满意度高于对照组，不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 全方位保温护理联合舒适护理能够提高剖宫产产妇舒适度和护理满意度，改善其妊娠结局。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive thermal insulation nursing combined with comfort nursing on maternal and infant outcomes and nursing satisfaction of cesarean section. Methods From January 2021 to October 2023, 80 parturients with cesarean section admitted to Xinjian District People′s Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 40 parturients in each group. The control group was received with routine nursing, and the study group was received with comprehensive thermal insulation nursing combined with comfortable nursing. The comfort degree (nursing comfort, environmental comfort, physiological comfort, psychological comfort), incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes (pelvic adhesion, incision infection, neonatal asphyxia) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the comfort and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive thermal insulation nursing combined with comfort nursing can improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of cesarean section women and improve their pregnancy outcome.
