摘要:
目的 对医院感染学教学进行改革,并对改革效果进行评价。方法 以石河子大学选修《医院感染学》的临床医学专业学位硕士研究生为研究对象,2017级为实验组,2016级为对照组,实验组采用新的教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。使用考试成绩、追踪调查、问卷调查评估教学效果及学生对教学的评价情况。结果 实验组学生的课程结业考试成绩为 (87.56±4.85)分,高于对照组的(85.08±4.56)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的感控措施执行率为84.19%,高于对照组的75.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生对教学内容设置及教学安排满意的占67.95%。结论 “互联网+”背景下的医院感染学教学改革,提高了学生的考试成绩及感控措施的执行力,达到了教学目标的要求,同时也得到了学生的认可。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To reform the teaching of nosocomial infection and evaluate the effect of the reform.Methods The graduate students of the clinical medical degree of "nosocomial infection" in Shihezi University were selected as the research subjects.The 2017 level was the experimental group and the 2016 level was the control group.The experimental group adopted the new teaching mode and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Using test scores,tracking surveys,questionnaires to assess teaching effectiveness and students'evaluation of teaching.Results The test scores of the experimental group were (87.56±4.85) scores,which was higher than (85.08±4.56) scores of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The implementation rate of the control measures in the experimental group was 84.19%,which was higher than 75.42% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students were satisfied with the teaching content and teaching arrangement of 67.95%.Conclusion The teaching reform of nosocomial infection in the background of "Internet+" has improved the students'examination results and the execution of the control measures,and achieved the requirements of the teaching objectives,and also received the approval of the students.
