近年来四肢骨折发病率逐年增加,创伤骨科微创理念的不断发展,对软组织保护越来越重视,目前尚没有一种固定方法能解决所有骨折遥本文就四肢骨折内固定理念及固定方法选择策略尧各固定方法优劣等进展进行综述,以期有益于骨科临床医生工作遥
Abstract:
In recent years,the incidence of fractures of extremities has increased year by year.The concept of minimally invasivetraumatic orthopedics continues to evolve,and there is more and more attention to the protection of soft tissues.At present,there is nofixed method to solve all the fractures. This article reviews the concept of internal fixation of fractures of the extremities,the selectionstrategies of the fixation methods and the progress of the fixation methods,in order to benefit the orthopedic clinicians.
