摘要:
跟骨骨折脱位应早期内固定治疗,避免骨折周围软组织发生挛缩造成治疗困难遥跟骨结节撕脱骨折应急诊治疗,避免延期治疗造成骨折块后方的软组织受压过久出现皮肤坏死遥跟骨骨折在早期就应积极处理,以降低并发症的发生率遥跗骨窦入路适用于很多类型的跟骨骨折,手术越早复位难度越低遥跟骨开放骨折需要急诊行伤口清创,可以应用跗骨窦入路早期骨折内固定遥
Abstract:
Abstract:The calcaneal fracture should be early internal fixed for treatment,avoid the soft tissue from contracture causing difficult totreat fractures. The calcaneal tuberosity avulsion fracture patients should accept emergency treatment,avoid the delayed treatment fromcausing necrosis of the skin,for the soft tissue behind the fracture might be compressed too long.The calcaneal fractures should betreated early and actively,in order to reduce the incidence of complications.The tarsi sinus approach is applicable to many types ofcalcaneal fracture.The earlier the surgery is carried out,the lower the degree of difficulty to reduction.Open calcaneal fracture needemergency wound debridement,can be applied to the tarsi sinus approach early fracture fixation
