摘要:
目的 探析对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者应用中医麻杏甘石汤加减方治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年1月入我院呼吸科接受诊疗的85例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象，按随机方式将其分为中医组45例和对照组40例，给予对照组患者常规“酮替芬+丙卡特罗片”西医药物方案治疗，中医组给予麻杏甘石汤加减方治疗，疗程结束观察组疗效，不良反应发生情况。结果 中医组患者治疗总有效率97.77%，高于对照组85.00%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05) ；对照组不良反应7.50%高于中医组0，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医麻杏甘石汤加减方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切，安全性高，治疗应用价值高。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maxingganshi decoction on cough variant asthma.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,85 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into TCM group(n=45)and control group(n=40).The patients in the control group were treated with routine"ketotifen+propcaterol"western medicine regimen,while the TCM group was treated with Maxingganshi decoction.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was over and the adverse reactions occurred.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the Chinese medicine group was 97.77%,which was higher than that of the control group 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction of the control group was 7.50% higher than that of the TCM group 0,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Maxingganshi decoction is effective,safe and effective in treating cough variant asthma.
