目的应用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗不稳定型腕舟骨骨折，观察手术愈合情况，评价该方法的临床疗效遥方法选取2012 年2 月~2016年6 月应用Herbert 螺钉治疗的腕舟骨骨折33 例进行分析，观察手术效果遥结果所有患者获得随访，时间1~2 a，33 例完全愈合，时间为2~4 y，具有良好的功能恢复，优良率达96.97%遥结论应有Herbert 螺钉内固定治疗不稳定型腕舟骨骨折，愈合率高，疗效可靠，可以获得良好的功能恢复遥
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the application of Herbert screw fixation in the treatment of unstable scaphoid fracture andpostoperative healing,and make clinical evaluation of this method.Methods Observe the effect of the operation with Herbert screwfixation of scaphoid fractures in 33 cases from February 2012~June 2016.Results All patients were followed up,1~2a,33 cases ofcomplete the healing during 2~4y,functionally well-recovered,the excellent rate was 96.97%.Conclusion Herbert screw fixation inthe treatment of unstable scaphoid fracture,can achieve a consequence with high healing rate,and the curative effect is reliable,as wellas good functional recovery.
