目的观察围术期输血对胃癌根治术患者的临床效果，分析其对患者预后及机体免疫的影响遥方法回顾性研究2009 年4 月~2012 年11 月收治的100 例胃癌根治术患者，依据围术期有无输血记录，分为两组，即甲组（47 例）与乙组（53 例），甲组 接受输血，乙组未接受输血，观察分析输血对患者预后及免疫的影响遥结果对于5年生存率，甲组为48.94%，乙组为64.15%，组 间差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）遥经免疫学检测，组间CD3尧CD4尧CD8 以及Leu-7 值无显著差异（跃0.05），术后3 y，乙组 CD4+/CD8+明显高于甲组，差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）遥结论胃癌根治术围手术期输血患者CD4+/CD8+低于未输血患者， 易引起免疫抑制遥
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of perioperative blood transfusion on gastric cancer patients,analyze its impact on the prognosis of patients and body immunity.Methods A retrospective study of the April 2009~2012 year in November 100 cases of gastric cancer patients,on the basis of perioperative blood transfusion records,divided into two groups: group A (47 cases)and group B (53 cases),group A received blood transfusion, group B did not receive blood transfusion,observe and analyze the effect of blood transfusion on prognosis and immune patients.Results The 5-year survival rate was 48.94% in group A and 64.15% in group B,with significant difference between groups ( <0.05).The immunological detection,group CD3,CD4,CD8 and Leu-7 value had no significant difference ( >0.05),3 months after surgery, group B CD4+/CD8+ was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion CD4+/CD8+ in perioperative patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation is lower than that in patients without blood transfusion,which may cause immunosuppression.
