摘要:
目的观察晚期结直肠癌姑息性化疗中联合应用参芪扶正注射液的疗效遥方法将118 例晚期结直肠癌患者随机分为 治疗组(参芪扶正注射液联合姑息性化疗)61 例和对照组(单纯姑息性化疗组)57 例，对比观察两组患者3 周期姑息性化疗后的 总体有效率尧化疗不良反应和生活质量改善情况遥结果治疗组总有效率77.05%，对照组56.14%，治疗组总有效率明显优于对 照组，两组间差异显著( 约0.05)曰治疗组患者胃肠道反应尧骨髓抑制等不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组( 约0.05)曰患者生存质 量改善情况治疗组（68.85%）优于对照组（49.12%），两组差异有统计学意义( 约0.05)遥结论晚期结直肠癌患者姑息性化疗联合 应用参芪扶正注射液，能够取得较好疗效，同时减轻化疗不良反应尧改善生活质量
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To observe the curative effect of advanced colorectal cancer palliative chemotherapy combined application of Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Methods 118 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with palliative chemotherapy)in 61 cases and control group (simple palliative chemotherapy group)57 cases,comparison of two groups of patients with total 3 cycles of palliative chemotherapy after the efficacy and adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life.Results The total effective rate was 77.05% in treatment group and 56.14% in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant ( <0.05);the treatment group patients with gastrointestinal reaction the adverse reaction, bone marrow suppression rate were significantly lower than control group ( <0.05);improve the quality of life of patients with the treatment group (68.85%)better than the control group (49.12%),there was significant difference between two groups ( <0.05).Conclusion The combination of palliative chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer patients with Shenqi Fuzheng injection can achieve better curative effect,reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and improve the quality of life
