摘要:
目的探讨个性化心理护理干预和常规护理干预对提高骨质疏松患者的生活质量的影响，评价其改善患者骨密度的作 用遥方法选取我院2013 年7 月~2015 年7 月进行护理的124 例骨质疏松患者，根据护理方法不同分为两组各62 例，对照组采 用常规护理，试验组在对照组的基础上进行个性化康复护理，随访3 y，观察两组患者的骨密度尧生活质量评分及满意度遥结果 两组患者护理后的骨密度明显优于护理前，且试验组骨密度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）曰试验组的生活质 量评分明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）曰试验组的满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）遥结论 对骨质疏松患者进行个性化心理护理可以有效的改善患者的骨密度，提高患者的生活质量，满意度比较高遥
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the impact of personalized psychological nursing intervention and routine nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with osteoporosis and to evaluate its effect on improving the patient's bone mineral density. Methods A total of 124 osteoporosis patients were selected from July 2013 to July 2015 in our hospital.According to the different nursing methods were divided into two groups with 56 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the experimental group of personalized rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group,after 3 months of follow-up,to observe the bone density of the two groups,the score of life quality and satisfaction.Results Two groups of patients after nursing care were significantly better than the bone density,and bone density of experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);the experimental group's quality of life was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05);The satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( <0.05).Conclusion Patients with osteoporosis personalized psychological care can effectively improve the patient's bone mineral density,improve patient quality of life,satisfaction is relatively high.
