摘要:
目的对比研究在产科分娩中应用循证护理与单纯全程陪产护理模式的临床效果遥方法选取2016 年6 月~2017 年6 月在我院妇产科进行分娩的132 例产妇，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各66 例遥对照组给予单纯全程陪产护理模式 护理，观察组给予循证护理模式，统计分析两组产妇在产程时间和产后24 h出血的情况遥结果观察组的第一尧第二以及第三产 程时间明显优于对照组，两组间相比差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）曰观察组产后24 h出血量明显少于对照组，且出血量逸500 ml 的产妇例数明显少于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（约0.05）遥结论在妇产科产妇的分娩中应用循证护理模式能够有效的缩短 产程时间，减少产后出血量，大大提高产妇的生产安全和满意度，值得推广应用遥
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To compare the clinical effects of applying evidence -based nursing and simple full paternity nursing in obstetric labor.Methods 132 cases of maternal June 2016~2017 year in June in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology delivery,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 66 cases in each group.The control group was given simple accom panying nursing,the observation group received the evidence-based nursing model,the statistical analysis of two groups of mothers in labor and time 24 h postpartum hemorrhage.Results In the observation group,the first,second and third labor time significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant compared between the two groups( <0.05);The observation group 24 h postpartum bleeding was significantly less than the control group,the number of cases and maternal bleeding was 逸500 ml was significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion The application of evidencebased nursing mode in maternity delivery in obstetrics and gynecology can effectively shorten the duration of labor,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,greatly improve the safety and satisfaction of maternal production,and is worthy of popularization and application
