摘要:
国家自然科学基金是我国基础研究领域最高层次的基金，它具有资助强度大、申报门槛低、学科覆盖面广、评审公平、公正、公开和管理机制科学规范等特点，对医院的学科建设、人才培养以及核心竞争力培育等方面都具有重要意义。因此，国家自然科学基金的获资助情况已成为衡量一个医院科研实力的重要指标，同时也从一定程度上体现了医院的医学创新能力和医疗技术水平。本文对我院2011年~2017年国家自然科学基金申报及获资助情况进行了分阶段汇总分析，结合科研管理工作实践，探讨所实施的基金管理策略对科研工作开展起到的积极推动作用和不足之处，以期在今后的申报工作中，继续完善管理策略，为进一步提高我院国家自然科学基金申报数和立项率奠定基础。
Abstract:
Abstract：The National Natural Science Foundation of China is the highest level fund in China's basic research field.It has the characteristics of high financial strength,low reporting threshold,wide coverage of disciplines,fairness,fairness,openness,and scientific and normative management mechanisms,as well as discipline construction and personnel training for hospitals.And the cultivation of core competence is of great significance.Therefore,the state funding of the National Natural Science Foundation has become an important indicator to measure the strength of a hospital's scientific research.At the same time,it also reflects the medical innovation ability and medical technology level of the hospital.This paper analyzes the status of the application and funding of the National Natural Science Foundation of China from 2011 to 2017 in stages,and combines with the practice of scientific research management to explore the active role and insufficiency of the fund management strategy implemented for scientific research.In order to continue to improve its management strategy in the future reporting work,it will lay the foundation for further improving the number of applications and the rate of establishment of the National Natural Science Foundation of our institute.
