摘要:
检索2016年12月以前公开发表于国内学术期刊、主题为品管圈活动应用于医院高危药品管理的中文文献，对相关文献进行分析。发现文献发表的地域分布较广，通讯作者以药师和护士为主、且主要是初级职称人员。医院开展品管圈活动发现了高危药品存在的问题，也提出了相应的对策，有效地促进了高危药品的管理；然而，操作者在主题选定、真因验证、对策拟定以及对策标准化等方面还存在一定程度的不规范。

Abstract：To search for Chinese documents that were publicly published in domestic academic journals before December 2016 and whose themes were quality control circle activities applied to high-alert medication management in hospitals,and analyzed related documents.The geographical distribution of the published literature was found to be relatively wide.The authors of the correspondence were mainly pharmacists and nurses,and were mainly junior professional titles.The hospital carried out quality control activities and discovered the problems of high-alert medication,and also put forward corresponding countermeasures,which effectively promoted the management of high-alert medication,however,the operators selected topics,verified the truth,developed countermeasures,and standardized countermeasures.There is also some degree of irregularity.
