摘要:
目的 对西双版纳中、老、缅边境地区634例登革热患者实施护理干预并观察其效果。方法 2013年西双版纳州6家登革热指定收治医院共收治634例登革热患者，其中重症患者70例。对普通登革热的发热、疼痛、腹痛、恶心、呕吐、皮疹、皮肤瘙痒及重症登革热的出血、休克、器官功能损害等进行护理干预。结果 本组634例登革热患者经及早介入管理，及时医护沟通、协调，个体化护理，预后良好，未出现死亡病例。结论 登革热患者经早期有效管理，积极医护干预，可改善预后。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on 634 dengue patients in the border regions of central,old and Myanmar in Xishuangbanna.Methods A total of 634 Dengue Fever patients were admitted to 6 designated dengue hospitals in Xishuangbanna in 2013,including 70 critically ill patients.Conduct nursing interventions for fever,pain,abdominal pain,nausea, vomiting,rashes,pruritus,and severe dengue fever,shock,and organ dysfunction in common dengue fever.Results The group of 634 patients with dengue fever were involved in management as early as possible,timely communication and coordination of care,personal care,a good prognosis,no deaths.Conclusion Early management of dengue patients with active care and intervention can improve their prognosis.
