摘要:
目的 探讨心理护理对鼻窦炎患者对心理波动的影响。方法 取2015年6月~2017年6月医院收治的鼻窦炎患者90例，按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用常规方法护理，观察组采用心理护理，采用汉密顿焦虑量测定表（HAMA）和汉密顿抑郁量测定表（HAMD）对两组护理前、后焦虑、抑郁进行评估，比较两组护理效果及对心理波动的影响。结果 两组护理前心理波动评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组护理后HAMA及HAMD评分，均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 将心理护理用于鼻窦炎患者中效果理想，有助于减少患者心理波动，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on psychological fluctuation in patients with sinusitis.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,90 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45). The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given psychological nursing,the Hamilton anxiety test (HAMA)and the Hamilton depressive volume(HAMD)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression before and after nursing in the two groups.The effect of nursing and its influence on psychological fluctuation were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological fluctuation before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05),and the scores of HAMA and HAMD after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing in sinusitis patients is ideal,which is helpful to reduce the psychological fluctuation of patients and is worth popularizing.
