摘要:
目的 总结负压创面治疗技术（NPWT）在慢性难愈合创面的临床应用经验。方法 分析昆明医科大学第二附属医院烧伤科2015年9月~2016年11月收治的35例压疮、糖尿病溃疡、坏死性筋膜炎等慢性难愈合创面患者的临床资料。总结患者采用NPWT治疗过程中碰到的问题和解决的措施，每次使用后创面的变化，愈合情况，总住院天数。结果 35例患者通过2~8次NPWT治疗，创面肉芽组织新鲜行植皮或皮瓣转移修复，创面完全愈合，治疗期间均未出现明显并发症。结论 NPWT在慢性难愈合创面治疗中至关重要，通过NPWT准备创面床后常常可以采用简单方法进行修复。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To summarize the clinical application experiences of negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)in chronic difficult wounds.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 35 patients with chronic ulcers such as pressure sores,diabetic ulcers,and necrotizing fasciitis who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from September 2015 to November 2016. Summarize the problems encountered during the treatment of patients with NPWT and the measures taken to address them,changes in wounds after each use,healing,and the total length of hospital stay.Results 35 cases of patients were treated with 2~8 times NPWT. The wound granulation tissue was repaired with skin grafting or skin flap transfer,and the wound healing was completely healed.No obvious complications were found during the treatment.Conclusion NPWT is very important in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.NPWT can often be repaired by simple methods after preparing the wound bed.
