摘要:
目的 探究胃肠道恶性肿瘤老年患者术后肺部感染的情况，为今后治疗提供可靠经验，以降低肺部感染率。方法 随机选取2013年4月~2016年4月来我院就诊的老年胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者150例，将所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，分析造成肺部感染的危险因素，并制定合理的预防措施。结果 发生肺部感染32例，感染率为21.33%，所有肺部感染患者均检出病原菌阳性。经过对比相关指标发现，较长的卧床时间（OR=1.357，P＜0.05）、较长的胃管留置时间（OR=1.028，P＜0.05）、较长的气管插管时间（OR=1.923，P＜0.05），是肺部感染的危险因素。结论 胃肠恶性肿瘤术后并发肺部感染的相关因素包括卧床时间，胃管留置时间和气管插管时间等，为降低感染发生率，应加强相关的监测和预防。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the postoperative pulmonary infection in elderly patients with gastrointestinal malignancies,and to provide reliable experience for future treatment to reduce the pulmonary infection rate.Methods 150 elderly patients with gastrointestinal malignancies from April 2013 to April 2016 were randomly selected.The clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and the risk factors of pulmonary infection were analyzed.Reasonable preventive measures are also formulated.Results There were 32 cases of pulmonary infection,the infection rate was 21.33%.All the patients with lung infection were positive for pathogenic bacteria.It was found that the longer bed time(OR=1.357,P<0.05),longer gastric tube indwelling time (OR=1.028,P<0.05)and longer tracheal intubation time(OR=1.923,P<0.05)were the risk factors of pulmonary infection.Conclusion The related factors of pulmonary infection after the operation of gastrointestinal malignancies include bed time,gastric tube indwelling time and endotracheal intubation time,so as to reduce the incidence of infection,the related monitoring and prevention should be strengthened.
