摘要:
目的 探讨一次性乳牙根管治疗术治疗乳牙、牙髓病及根尖周病的效果。方法 选取2015年1月~2017年1月我院收治的130例乳牙牙髓病及根尖周病的患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组，各65例。对照组采用常规根管治疗，观察组采用一次性乳牙根管治疗，观察两组患儿的治疗成功率、疼痛程度及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的治疗成功率为93.85%，高于对照组的78.46%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的疼痛程度及疼痛评分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为4.62%，低于对照组的12.30%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 一次性乳牙根管治疗术治疗乳牙、牙髓病及根尖周病，临床效果显著，可缓解患儿的疼痛感，且安全性较高。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of one time root canal therapy for dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth and periapical disease.Methods 130 children with dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth and periapical period disease from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional root canal therapy.The observation group was treated with one time deciduous root canal.The success rate,pain level,and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were observed.Results The treatment success rate in the observation group was 93.85%,which was higher than 78.46% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The pain and pain scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.62%,which was lower than the 12.30% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion One time dental pulp disease of the deciduous teeth and periapical disease has significant clinical effects,can relieve pain in children,and has high safety.
