摘要:
目的 探讨藏毛窦疾病的诊断和治疗方法。方法　回顾性研究2001年1月~2015年12月收治的42例经历手术的藏毛窦疾病患者临床资料。结果　42例藏毛窦疾病患者均反复发作骶尾部感染,仅14例在瘘口内发现毛发。42例均经手术治疗,术后病理为异物炎性肉芽肿,随访时间3~9年,均无复发。结论　藏毛窦疾病容易误诊, 手术彻底切除是预防复发的关键。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pilonidal sinus disease.Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of pilonidal sinus disease undergoing surgery were retrospectively studied from January 2001 to December 2015.Results All 42 cases of pilonidal sinus disease had recurrent epistaxis,and only 14 cases found hair in the fistula.All the 42 cases were treated by surgery. The postoperative pathology was foreign body granuloma.The follow-up time was 3 to 9 years and no recurrence was found. Conclusion Pilonidal sinus disease is easily misdiagnosed.Thorough resection is the key to preventing recurrence.
