摘要:
随着信息化程度的提高和网络技术的进步，医院图书馆在推进医疗、教学、科研工作的功能和作用日益突出，图书馆原有的服务模式已不能满足广大医务工作者的信息需求。医院图书馆应加快数字化建设，对原有的服务和职能进行创新，不断拓展深层次的图书馆服务模式。本文阐述了图书馆开展学科化信息服务、信息推送服务、开办文献检索培训等深层次信息服务模式，并提出要加强学科馆员制度建设、增强馆员能力素质等服务措施，以满足医院医疗、教学、科研方面的信息需求。
Abstract:
Abstract：With the improvement of information technology and the progress of network technology,the functions of hospital libraries in promoting medical treatment,teaching and scientific research are becoming increasingly prominent.The original service mode of the library can not meet the information needs of the vast number of medical workers.The hospital library should speed up the construction of digitization,innovate the original service and function,and continuously expand the service mode of the deep library. This paper expounds the deep information service modes of library,such as carrying out subject information service,information pushing service and literature retrieval training,and puts forward some service measures such as strengthening the construction of subject librarian system and enhancing librarians’ability and quality and meet the hospital medical,teaching, scientific research information needs.
