目的 探讨非小细胞肺癌根治术后早期复发及进展的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2013年1月~2016年12月NSCLC根治术后复发患者120例的临床资料,通过采用单因素及多因素研究方法,从中寻找影响患者无复发时间间隔早晚的因素。结果 单因素分析显示:患者年龄、TNM分期、血钠水平、术后一线化疗方案、术后化疗周期数是术后早期复发的影响因素。Logistic回归模型多因素分析仅提示年龄为术后早期复发的影响因素。结论 对于年龄超过65岁,首发症状为胸痛,且存在血清钠异常的非小细胞肺癌患者其术后复发时间可能更短,应提高其随访频率。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influencing factors of early recurrence and progression after radical resection of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with recurrence of NSCLC after radical resection from January 2013 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The factors affecting the patient's recurrence-free interval were investigated by using single factor and multi-factor research methods.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,TNM stage,blood sodium level, postoperative first-line chemotherapy regimen,and postoperative chemotherapy cycle were the influencing factors of early postoperative recurrence.Logistic regression model multivariate analysis only suggested that age was the influencing factor for early postoperative recurrence.Conclusion For patients over 65 years of age with first-episode chest pain and non-small cell lung cancer with abnormal serum sodium,the postoperative recurrence time may be shorter and the frequency of follow-up should be increased.
