摘要:
目的 探讨巴德枪改良穿刺法对乳腺肿物活检的临床应用价值。方法 选取山东省济南市市中区人民医院外科2013年12月~2015年12月100例乳腺肿物患者，使用巴德枪十字交叉穿刺法取得肿物标本并进行病理诊断，再与手术后常规病理诊断结果进行比较，讨论并分析其穿刺诊断价值。结果 99例穿刺成功,1例穿刺取得组织为脂肪组织穿刺失误，穿刺成功率达99.00%。巴德枪穿刺活检病理诊断与手术后常规病理诊断结果符合率达97.00%以上,假阴性率占5.50%,无假阳性。结论 巴德枪十字交叉穿刺法对乳腺肿物活检具有穿刺准确、诊断率高等优势。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical application value of the improved puncture method of Bard gun on breast mass biopsy.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast masses from December 2013 to December 2015 in the Department of Surgery, Shizhong District People's Hospital of Jinan City,Shandong Province were enrolled in this study.Bard guns were used to cross-puncture to obtain tumor specimens and pathological diagnosis.The results of pathological diagnosis were compared,and the value of puncture diagnosis was discussed and analyzed.Results The puncture was successful in 99 cases,and the puncture in one case resulted in aspiration of adipose tissue.The success rate of puncture was 99.00%.The rate of coincidence between the pathological diagnosis of Bard gun biopsy and routine pathological diagnosis after surgery was 97.00%,and the false negative rate accounted for 5.50%.There was no false positive.Conclusion The Bard gun cross cross puncture method has the advantages of accurate puncture and high diagnostic rate for biopsy of breast mass.
