摘要:
目的 提高泌尿外科住院患者自备口服药的执行率。方法 成立品管圈活动小组，确立活动主题，通过现状调查并运用鱼骨图进行原因分析，找出本科室住院患者不能规范服用自备口服药的主要因素，设立目标、制定整改措施，然后对品管圈活动前后自备口服药的服药执行率进行比较。结果 实施品管圈活动后，住院患者口服药未规范、非有效服用率降低，其中医嘱不规范降至7.12%，漏服率降至6.03%，服药间隔时间不符降至4.11%，均到达目标值；擅自停药降至2.15%。各观察指标实施前后比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 应用品管圈活动能够有效提高泌尿外科住院患者自备口服药的执行率，值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To improve the implementation rate of self-provided oral medicine in inpatients with urinary surgery.Methods The quality control circle activity group was established to establish the theme of the activity.Through the current situation investigation and using the fishbone diagram to analyze the cause,it was found that the main factors of the inpatients in the department could not regulate the use of self-provided oral medicine,set goals,formulate corrective measures,then compare the execution rates of oral medications before and after the quality control circle activities.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle activities,the inpatients'oral medications were not standardized,and the non-effective intake rate was reduced.Among them,the medical standard was reduced to 7.12%,the leakage rate was reduced to 6.03%,the interval between medications did not match to 4.11%,and both reached the target value;the drug withdrawal was reduced to 2.15%.Before and after the implementation of each observation index,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control circle activity can effectively improve the implementation rate of self-provided oral medicine in hospitalized patients with urinary surgery,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
