摘要:
长期以来，支持治疗是急性胰腺炎的标准治疗方法。对针对性药物治疗也有了广泛的研究，但并没有获得最终的成功。急性胰腺炎主要的治疗措施包括有效的液体复苏、早期肠内营养、抗感染治疗以及并发症的处理。本文将详细阐述急性胰腺炎的治疗，主要集中在静脉液体复苏、肠内营养及目前关于抗生素和其他药物应用的研究。
Abstract:
Abstract：Supportive care has long been the standard treatment for acute pancreatitis.Extensive research has also been done on targeted drug treatment,but it has not achieved ultimate success.The main treatments for acute pancreatitis include effective fluid resuscitation,early enteral nutrition,anti-infective treatment,and management of complications.This article will elaborate on the treatment of acute pancreatitis,focusing on venous fluid resuscitation,enteral nutrition,and current research advances in the use of antibiotics and other drugs.
