摘要:
目的 探讨胱抑素C及脂蛋白α在早期糖尿病肾病诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2011年8月~2016年8月柳州市人民医院收治的2型糖尿病患者125例为研究对象,根据尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐的比值分为无DN组69例及早期DN组56例,两组患者记录年龄、身高、体重等,计算体重指数,Cys C通过快速免疫比浊法进行检测,对比两组Cys C、Lp(α)及其他相关指标之间的意义。结果 DN组Cys C(1.49±0.79)mg/L、Lp(α)(292.86±103.62)mg/L,高于无DN组(1.01±0.35)mg/L、(160.2±131.90)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两者是DN发生的独立危险因素。结论 Cys C、Lp(α)与DN的发生发展有相关性,两者联合检测对早期诊断DN有实用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of cystatin C and lipoprotein α in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 125 cases of type 2 diabetes patients admitted to Liuzhou People's Hospital from August 2011 to August 2016 were selected as subjects.According to the ratio of urinary microalbuminuria/urinary creatinine,69 cases were in the non-DN group and 56 cases in the early DN group.The age,height,and weight of the two groups were recorded.Body mass index was calculated.Cys C was detected by rapid immunoturbidimetry,and the significance between Cys C,Lp(α)and other related indicators was compared.Results Cys C(1.49±0.79)mg/L、Lp(α)(292.86±103.62)mg/L in DN group was significantly higher than that in non-DN group(1.01±0.35)mg/L、(160.2±131.90)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Both were independent risk factors of DN.Conclusion There is a correlation between Cys,LP(α)and the occurrence and development of DN.The combined detection of Cys,LP(α)is of practical value in the early diagnosis of DN.
