摘要:
目的 探讨大学生焦虑与血压影响因素及两者间的关系。方法 选取2016年1月~12月我校1~3年级360名在校大学生作为研究对象，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组180例。分析学生焦虑和血压影响因素，组织所有入选者进行SAS测评和血压检查，研究组学生接受长达1年的心理干预，观察两组学生1年后SAS评分、血压检查结果及高血压检出率。结果 年级、性别、专业均为焦虑和血压影响因素，两组学生焦虑评分与平均动脉压值比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；研究组学生实施心理干预后其焦虑评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组学生高血压检出率为1.67%，低于对照组的8.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。大学生焦虑与血压指数有相关性（P＜0.05）。结论 大学生焦虑和血压均受年级、性别、专业等因素影响，且焦虑评分与血压指数存在相关性。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To explore the relationship between anxiety and blood pressure in college students.Methods From January to December 2016,360 college students were randomly divided into study group(n=180)and control group(n=180).The influencing factors of anxiety and blood pressure were analyzed.SAS test and blood pressure examination were conducted in all the selected students.The students in the study group received psychological intervention for up to one year.The SAS score,blood pressure test results and the detection rate of hypertension were observed after one year in the two groups.Results The factors of anxiety and blood pressure were grade, sex and specialty.There was no significant difference between the scores of anxiety and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05),and the anxiety scores of the students in the study group were lower than those in the control group after psychological intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of hypertension in the study group was 1.67%,which was lower than that in the control group 8.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a correlation between anxiety and blood pressure index(P<0.05).Conclusion Anxiety and blood pressure of college students are affected by grade,sex and specialty,and anxiety score is correlated with blood pressure index.
