摘要:
目的 研究新生儿出生系统体温管理的临床效果及系统体温管理与新生儿低血糖症临床相关性。方法 选取2016年1月~2017年12月在我院出生的新生儿2240例,随机分为对照组和干预组,每组1120例。对照组常规进行新生儿处置操作,干预组强化要求新生儿系统体温管理处置操作,检测新儿出生后不同时期的体温及血糖情况,分析系统体温管理的临床效果及体温管理与低血糖症的临床相关性。结果 干预组新生儿入室体温、生后2 h体温较对照组平均增高0.4~0.6 ℃,且体温较为恒定;干预组新生儿生后30 min~2 h血糖高于对照组,且对照组新生儿低血糖发生率为14.82%,高于干预组的4.01%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 新生儿出生体温管理与新生儿低血糖症的发生率存在一定的相关性,临床给予合理系统的新生儿体温处置管理可有效地降低新生儿出生后低体温情况的发生,同时有效降低新生儿出生后低血糖症的发生。
Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of neonatal body temperature management and its correlation with neonatal hypoglycemia.Methods 2240 newborns born in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group(n=1120)and intervention group(n=1120).In the control group,the neonate was routinely treated,and the intervention group was strengthened to require the neonatal body temperature management and disposal operation to detect the body temperature and blood sugar at different stages after the birth of the newborns.The clinical effect of systemic temperature management and the relationship between body temperature management and hypoglycemia was analyzed.Results The body temperature of the neonates in the intervention group was 0.4 to 0.6℃ higher than that in the control group at 2h after birth,and the body temperature was constant,and the blood glucose at 30 min to 2h after birth in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group.The incidence of hypoglycemia in the control group was 14.82%,which was higher than that in the intervention group 4.01%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a certain correlation between the birth temperature management of newborns and the incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia.A reasonable and systematic management of neonatal temperature can effectively reduce the incidence of hypothermia after birth and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia in newborns after birth.
