摘要:
胰十二指肠切除术是治疗胰头癌、壶腹周围癌的经典术式。胰漏是胰十二指肠切除术后最常见的死亡原因之一。如何预防胰漏是外科医生一直探索的课题，本文对预防胰十二指肠切除术后胰漏的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
Abstract：Pancreaticoduodenectomy is a classic procedure for the treatment of carcinoma of the head of the pancreas and cancer around the ampulla.Pancreatic leakage is one of the most common causes of death after pancreaticoduodenectomy.How to prevent pancreatic leakage is a topic that surgeons have been exploring.This article reviews the research progress of preventing pancreatic leakage after pancreaticoduodenectomy.
