摘要:
目的 研究新形势下基层医院开展优质护理对提高患者满意度的效果。方法 选取2017年2月~12月我院住院患者1000例为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，各500例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组在对照组基础上实施优质护理服务。出院时对两组患者进行满意度调查，并进行比较。结果 研究组满意度为95.25%，高于对照组的78.82%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 实施优质护理服务能够有效提高护理质量，提高患者的满意度。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of carrying out quality nursing in primary hospitals under the new situation on improving patients' satisfaction.Methods 1000 inpatients in our hospital from February to December 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group,500 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received high quality nursing service on the basis of the control group.At discharge,two groups of patients were surveyed for satisfaction and compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.25%,which was higher than that of the control group 78.82%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service can effectively improve the quality of nursing and improve patients' satisfaction.
