摘要:
目的 研究富血小板血浆结合自体脂肪移植在面部凹陷填充中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年3月~2018年3月在我院就诊的42例面部凹陷患者为研究对象，均采用PRP结合自体脂肪移植术治疗，观察临床填充效果及并发症情况。结果 42例患者中41例对手术效果满意，只有1例自觉改善不明显，对治疗效果不满意，手术满意度高达97.61%；1例不满意者，术后1年行二次填充；42例患者均未出现脂肪液化、感染、血肿、结节等并发症。结论 面部凹陷填充中应用PRP与自体脂肪效果理想，脂肪存活率高，无严重并发症。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To study the effect of platelet rich plasma combined with autologous fat transplantation in facial depression filling.Methods 42 patients with facial depression who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.PRP combined with autologous fat transplantation were used to observe the filling effect and complications.Results 41 of the 42 patients were satisfied with the results of the operation,only one of them was not satisfied with the results of the operation,and the satisfaction rate was 97.61%.The patient who was not satisfied accepted second filling operation 1 year after operation.No complications such as fat liquefaction,infection,hematoma,nodule were found in 42 patients.Conclusion PRP and autologous fat are effective in facial depression filling with high fat survival rate and no serious complications.
