摘要:
目的 进行半夏泻心汤临床案例用药量的聚类分析，总结处方应用经验。方法 采用计算机处理既往的临床案例，整理病案库，进行病案的规范，收集2011年1月~2017年12月医院共开具半夏泻心汤方剂984张，存储到国医数据记录挖掘系统，建立医案采集、存储数据库，采用关联规则数据挖掘运算模型挖掘。结果 案例中的药物主要涉及240味，采用黄苓、甘草、半夏、黄连进行自由组合，主要辩证加减应用干姜、党参、大枣、茯苓、白术五类药物，聚类分析出三类药物组合。结论 半夏泻心汤临床应用因主要针对消化系统疾病，方剂中药物主要为黄苓、甘草、半夏、黄连，其中使用剂量较高的是黄苓、半夏、党参、白术、茯苓。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To carry out cluster analysis of the clinical use of Banxia xiexin Decoction and summarize the experience of prescription application.Methods The computer used the previous clinical cases,sorted the medical records database,and standardized the medical records.From January 2011 to December 2017,the hospital collected a total of 984 Banxia xiexin decoctions,which were stored in the National Medical Data Recording and Excavation System.Case collection and storage database,using association rules data mining operation model mining.Results The drugs in the case mainly involve 240 flavors,which are freely combined with Huangling,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Pinellia ternate and Coptis chinensis Franch.The main dialectical addition and subtraction application of Dried ginger,dangshen,Zizyphus jujuba,Poria cocos and Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephala five drugs,cluster analysis of three types of drug combinations.Conclusion The clinical application of Banxia xiexin decoction is mainly for digestive diseases.The main drugs in the prescription are Huangling,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Pinellia ternate and Coptis chinensis Franch.The higher doses are Huangling,Pinellia ternata,Codonopsis pilosula,Atractylodes macrocephala and poria cocos.
