摘要:
随着我国医疗信息化的发展，各大医疗机构已深入推广电子病历等医院业务系统的应用。医院电子病历、医生工作站等信息系统已逐步普及，但相比传统纸质病历，医疗电子文书的数据真实性与安全性更需要得到保障。因此，医疗机构必须寻求第三方认证机构，采取有效技术手段实现电子病历的合法可信，采用基于数字证书认证的电子签名技术，提供完整的电子病历安全运行机制，以形成一个合法、可靠的信息化运行环境。医院在推行使用电子签名的过程中应根据医院实际情况合理改造业务流程，并严格管理电子签名的使用权限。
Abstract:
Abstract：With the development of medical informatization in China,major medical institutions have further promoted the application of hospital business systems such as electronic medical records.Hospital electronic medical records,doctor workstations and other information systems have gradually become popular,but compared to traditional paper medical records,the authenticity and security of medical electronic documents need to be guaranteed.Medical institutions must seek third-party certification bodies,adopt effective technical means to realize the legal and credibility of electronic medical records,and adopt electronic signature technology based on digital certificate authentication to provide a complete electronic medical record security operation mechanism to form a legal and reliable information operation surroundings.In the process of promoting the use of electronic signatures,hospitals should rationally modify business processes according to the actual conditions of the hospital and strictly manage the use rights of electronic signatures.
