摘要:
目的 探讨阿司匹林肠溶片治疗中老年缺血性脑血管疾病的临床效果及其安全性。方法 选取我院2017年4月~2018年4月收治的缺血性脑血管疾病的中老年患者130例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组65例。对照组采用普通阿司匹林片治疗，观察组采取阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗中不良反应发生率和治疗依从率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.77%，治疗中不良反应的发生率为7.69%，治疗依从性率为96.92%；对照组治疗总有效率为84.62%，治疗中不良反应的发生率为13.85%，治疗依从率为84.62%。观察组的各项指标均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 阿司匹林肠溶片治疗缺血性脑血管疾病较普通阿司匹林片具有明显优势，疗效显著，服用剂量小，毒副反应少。
Abstract:
Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods A total of 130 elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with common aspirin tablets,and the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The total effective rate of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the compliance rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.77%,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was 7.69%,the treatment compliance rate was 96.92%;the total effective rate of the control group was 84.62%,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was 13.85%.The treatment adherence rate was 84.62%.The indexes of the observation group were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Aspirin enteric-coated tablets have obvious advantages in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease compared with common aspirin tablets.The curative effect is significant,the dosage is small,and the side effects are less.
