摘要:
笔者从肝郁血瘀，气虚血瘀、血虚血瘀，痰瘀互结，阴虚血瘀四个部分归纳总结郭闫葵教授从瘀论治顽固性失眠经验。举例临床有明显效果的医疗案例，进一步论证顽固性不寐“从瘀论治”理论；并提出血府逐瘀汤的理解及临床运用。最后提出“临床不可拘泥于古方以及成方，对顽固性失眠古方今用要辨证施治”，以及“久病不寐、瘀象不显者亦可从瘀论治”的观点。
Abstract:
Abstract：The author summarizes Professor Guo Yankui’s experience in treating refractory insomnia,from liver stagnation and blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis,blood deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis,yin deficiency and blood stasis in four parts.For example,medical cases with obvious clinical effects will further demonstrate the refractory nature of the theory of “from the treatment of blood stasis”;and the understanding and clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Finally,the author puts forward the viewpoint that"the ancient prescriptions and the prescriptions should not be rigidly adhered to in clinical practice,the ancient prescriptions for refractory insomnia should be treated according to syndrome differentiation"and"those who have been insomnia for a long time and have no blood stasis can also be treated by stasis theory".
